Bandit Machine Works produces the ultimate in clutches and belt drives for Harley Davidson motorcycles. Bred for the racetrack, and having dominated the HD Drag Racing scene for years, Bandit’s products are virtually indestructible on the street, and show up in high horsepower bikes of all types where quality and performance are the top priority. Bandit offers a full race quality belt drive clutch available for existing bikes or for new construction bikes, including open belt drives for Sportsters and big twins. The belt drives are available in 3.35" and 4.0" width. Also available are centrifugal lockup units as used by Drag Racing’s professional champions and world record holders, and billet trap doors for the 5 speed Sportsters to add support to a weak area of the Sportster transmission. A beneficial byproduct of Bandit’s superior power capacity is that the lever pull of a Bandit clutch is by far the lightest of any clutch available for the HD line.
