Heavy Duty 3 inch Belt drive by BDL for Softail and customs 1990 and up. It has a BDL Competitor clutch with kevlar plates and the clutch basket has 12 replaceable clutch dogs for quieter operation. Drive is set up to accept any of the offset inserts ¼” on up for wide tire applications (inserts sold separately, approx 65 bucks each). This kit also has polished billet backing plate, polished aluminum starter housing , covers, pinion gear and hardware. Engineered and manufactured at a state-of-the-art facility to rigid standards.

BDL's new monster (ALL BILLET) "TOP FUEL STREET DRIVE" is ready for action. The all-new 14mm by 85mm wide (3-3/8") belt is the same that the Top Fuel racers use on the 600-plus-horsepower machines. The newly designed Kevlar clutch consists of varying spring pressure to accommodate any size motor on the market. The all-new hub is made from 7075 aluminum and then hard-anodized for superior strength.

We offer two kits, both of which are designed for oil filter mounting in the motor plate. The TF-I000 is the complete drive with
side guard. The TF-2000 is the complete drive with outboard bearing support. The outboard support plate is reversible. The back side is
channeled for another distinct look, but just the flat side will be polished.

All BDL drive kits come with a standard front pulley and a standard insert. For special offset and wide tire applications one of the offset kits from our offset kit page will be required.
